Tree Sponsorship

IMPORTANT NOTICE

We have suspended the online registration process for tree sponsors. We are down to our last 20 trees, and we don’t want to oversell the number of trees that we have. You may still obtain a sponsor tree by completing the attached form and physically bringing it to the MONROE COMMUNITY FOUNDATION so they can process your order and receive payment. You might want to call the Community Foundation to confirm that they still have trees BEFORE you go to their office.

Family / Memorial Tree Sponsor – $150

• Each sponsor will get one fresh cut 6 Ft tall Holiday Tree staked and lighted with a name on a Yard Sign placed in front of the tree
• Sponsors do not have to but are encouraged to decorate their tree
• There are no refunds on trees
• Business/Organizations may only purchase one tree
• What is typed in the form will appear on your sign

Business Tree Sponsor – $500

• • Business Sponsor 6 Ft Holiday Tree with business name on the Yard Sign in front of the tree
  • Business-level advertisement in Holiday Tree Walk and Rotary Websites, and Social Media Recognition
  • Holiday Tree Walk BUSINESS SPONSOR signage for placement at your business – window or yard sign
  • Rotary Custom 2025 Tree Lighting Acrylic Ornament
